Voyager User Registration Form

This form should be completed by staff representing entities who have an operational need for Fremantle Ports Port Management Information System (PMIS) such as Service Providers (Tug/Line Boat Operators) and Shipping Agents for the purposes of managing ship visits.

^ Please note the pre-requisite to enable your access to Voyager Dangerous Cargo module (VDC) is that you are required to complete VDC training by either viewing the training presentation found here, or be trained in the use of VDC by a colleague who has previous been trained to use the VDC Module.
